Charles Dreifus
As the current governor of Port Eidles, he is a power individual. A high-ranking official within the Joston Federation of Independent States, he is formerly a grand admiral with the navy and a powerful warrior. He was known as "Hurricane Charlie", and was the only feared 'pirate hunter' that ever graced the employ of the Federation. When he enters a room, everyone takes note. Those not planning to make him their enemy salute, and the rest reconsider their course of action.
Anytime he is in public, he is extremely well-dressed in military attire, adorned with the dozens of medals and decorations awarded to him during his service. The insignia on his uniform would indicate 'Grand Admiral' to anyone familiar with naval ranking medals. He notoriously served as commander of the 31st fleet of Joston.
He is a human male in his mid-50s, dressed in proper military uniform. It is perfectly clean and pressed, almost impossibly so, and his face clean shaven. A particularly nasty scar stretches from the tip of his lip to his ear on the right side of his face.
