At 3/4 health, the target must roll DC 15 Constitution or Wisdom. Below 3/4 health, the target must roll DC 20 Constitution or Wisdom.
If the target fails their save, they are considered under protection , they cannot rejoin the fight and are considered in short rest. During their next turn, the target can recover 2d4 health without cost once while under protection. Protect from good and evil can remove this affect.

The champion is a example to the citizens due to its strict conduct and known status. Due to that he can find a place to hide, rest, or recuperate among other commoners, unless he shows to be a danger to them.

Every 10 attack roles against you builds up your Wrath, the 11th attack roll and any subsequent rolls from that target during the turn will be neutralised, If the attacker triggering wrath is 5ft from Elisa, they must roll DC(16) DEX. If they fail, she can choose to counter (1d8 + 1d6 per attack neutralised). Or force back the aggressor for (1d4 + 1d4 per attack neutralised *5) ft.
Ranged triggers are shattered upon impact, enemies caught 20ft from Elisa roll a DC(8) DEX save to avoid hit.
