Insomnia
Insomnia is a city located in Mid-Eastern Valatveria. It is the birthplace of Spokes, as well as the former hideout of the Vampires. It is one of two cities, the other being Tartus, that remain in perpetual nightfall. It is lit by white arcane lanterns

Defences
One massive tower, the Twilight Tower, is a set of spires that are located in the innermost portions of the city. They are the source of the Nightfall that is always there. The City is also always being watched by Dusk Wardens, who march the city streets on regular patrol.

The Outer Lid Refers to the area North of the cliffs. It is surrounded by a massive wall to prevent people from entering.The Iris
The Portion of the city that surrounds the Core. It is largely residential but there are a few shops scattered around. The Eastern Iris is also where the larger criminal elements work.The Core
The Centermost portion of the city. There is a large marketplace centered by a beautiful fountain with an art-piece dedicated to three figures following a wolf.The Crest

Rosa Pantera

- Bio: The Central inn and tavern of Insomnia, it is the only place of residence that speaks common. There are other inns in the city
