The loyal remenants of the Old Petulic Empire. In possession of only a small fraction of their past mass the people are Hardy warriors, due to the large amount of new magics the average citizen is also a part of the Imperial Guard; the military might of the new empire. Despite the fall of the old empire centuries ago the people still hold a vendetta against the other countries that aided in the assassination of the Emperor and their family.
