The Shadow Devil of Mistwood Forest
A shadowy entity that is assaulting and killing folks who go into the Mistwood forest.
Though occasionally some people will simply be harassed in various, and occasionally non-violent, ways till they leave the forest. Things such as poisoned water sources, ransacked homes, fires breaking out, tools being sabotaged or just going missing, threatening imagery or messages, the shadow devil's mark frehsly carved into a tree, and in the worst cases people just never coming back.
