Government
Magic users are the only people who can hold power in the city. Orderlies (non magic users) can still live in Arkádia though. Legislation is passed through the Grand Magos, Judicial duties are usually performed by Law Masters; but in the city of Arkádia it is run by The Augury. The International Protectorate de Magae also has its own judicial building in Arkádia, though their power is the same as it would be anywhere else on Mundus.
