Kingdoms of Men

Lore The Kingdoms of Men are independent city-states, each with their own forms of government and a history of their own. They are united only by their shared heritage, and their shared enemies. When one city is attacked, all others rally to its defense. This has made the Kingdoms of Men a rival to both the Turians and Elves, as neither empire is wholly committed to conquering every Human city. Despite this, the differing kingdoms still remain fiercely competitive towards each other, and some skirmishes are common for land or resources. Though no two Kingdoms would go so far as to declare all out war, there has been a shift in power and alliances since the end of the last Human-Elf war. For now, Gondor holds the peace due to its immense power and central location. Making it the de facto capital of the Kingdoms of Men.
