Springia
The Kingdom of In the Reflected Sun, named after the region in which it is located, Spring Lakes Springia is one of the 13 kingdoms of Morteron. Nicknamed after a trait of the famous spring lakes to reflect light. It also alludes to the ruling houses rise to power using tactics to turn the former powers againts themselves. Its region occupies all 5 great lakes and the surrounding wetlands and fields . It has been ruled by the Uberon family out of the capital city of Towerton
Structure
It is said that due to Springia's extremely fertile lands, favorable climate, and easy access to clean freshwater make survival Springgian afterthought. In these regions the subjects have ample time to think on other things. Thus Springia is known as the most politically complex Kingdom. The prominent Spriggian cities have gained influence in their own unique ways and mainly act of their own accord. In fact prominent cities of Spriggians can send representatives to participate in the Spriggian Senate. They mainly keep an alliance to defend their sought after territories central location . Peace is maintained through the complex bureaucracy filled with various treaties and agreements.
However there is still a Spriggian monarch to serve as the voice and lead of the senate. Still the monarch power as only indoctrinated through in the Spriggian Accords that also settles the borders with neighboring kingdoms. The Monarch's only absolute power is to act as a judge on internal matters and to officially call the kingdom to war. However this is not to say the monarch of this kingdom is weak. Most the monarch's actual power is actually a result of the royal family's , House Uberon, wealth and political savvy started by their founder and expanded on with her legacy. The Uberon Monarch is elected from the Spriggan Senate. THe election is held after a 3 rounds of debates
History
From the War of the Great Lakes Peoples of the Spring Lakes region learned that the area was easy to live on as long as there wasn't conflict. Thus even before the Era of the Salionus Kingdom the Spring Lakes was a region to whom survival was not always the focus. Instead they evolved to be masters of strategy and diplomacy to maintain peace while accumulating power. Even the formation of the region's former power, the Avatiento empire started as a diplomatic alliance.
However this alliance dissolved under the pressures of war and the avatiento empire stepped away from the region's history of diplomatic politics. But the region would return to its diplomatic roots with the meddling of Sara Uberon. An illegitimate child of a wife of a Avatiento royal, Sara, grew up in the court until the lord tried to blame her for a conspiracy. She fled in exile, but on her journey she became one of the witnesses of the 116th convergence. She would return to Triton with flair. She used her newfound power to reveal the truth of her step fathers conspiracy and gained favor with the Avatiento Emperor. However she was not a true ally. Sara used her political savvy and intelligence to secretly sabotage the alliances of the emperor and gain popularity.
Her influence, along with the pressure for Moura independence, Whiteland rebellions and Westril resistance would call for the creation of the Sprigia Accords. It was to be a legal document to settle the boundaries with these new kingdoms in order to preserve the peace that allowed the spring lakes to flourish. However as one of the main orchestrators of the Accords Sara Uberon had shifted power to this new kingdom to her bloodline and banished the former Avatiento powers. Then during this power change she began to establish her seeds of influence that would bring wealth to her legacy and land foundations of the bureaucracy of Springia
Demography and Population
The ease of living in this area as lead to a culture of people how care on matters beyond survival such as the arts and poltics. Springgians are seen as an oppulent society, wrpaed up in their philosophices and poltics In fact many of the people already shared the Uberon family values , especialy the Inteligence, ambition, and beauty.
This kingdom has a high population of Mages, Laogai, Negias, Xersians, Akneids, Zephien, Sarkovians, Kapai and Liazo

Springia coveres the cental region of morteron around the great lakes. They occupy most of the land known as Spring Lakes . To the north and west is the kingdom of the Muora. To the south is the Whiteland and Hollien. To the east is the @free.
