Hsu Hao
Hsu Hao is a tech billionaire and ruthless Red Dragon leader. Enhanced by brutal experiments, he boasts superhuman strength and a cybernetic chestplate. A cunning fighter, he utilizes Mongolian wrestling and deadly Sun-Moon blades. While powerful, his slow and aggressive style makes him a force to be reckoned with at close quarters.
Just as hope dwindled, a stranger arrived - Daegon, the leader of a powerful criminal organization known as the Red Dragon. Daegon not only slaughtered the thugs who'd attacked him, he saved Hsu Hao's life but also offered him a chance to use his talents for a more significant purpose.
Back in his headquarters, Red Dragon surgeons implanted a cybernetic chest plate in Hsu Hao. This device not only kept him alive but also granted him superhuman strength with the simple press of a button that sent energy waves through his veins and vessels. Indebted and eager to prove himself, Hsu Hao pledged his loyalty to Daegon. 
Hsu Hao became Daegon's secret weapon. He demonstrated a chilling ability to infiltrate any government or corporation on Earth, allowing Daegon to plant sleeper agents within these institutions. Hsu Hao's vast wealth fueled the Red Dragon's operations, enabling them to conduct twisted experiments in genetic manipulation.
Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a ruthless ambition, Hsu Hao volunteered as a test subject. The process was agonizing, leaving him physically altered - his skin and muscles mutated into a weaponized form. His super strength remained, making him a formidable warrior.
With his newfound power and grotesque visage, Hsu Hao had to hide his body to become the public face of the Red Dragon in Earthrealm, while Daegon remained a background figure and returned to Outworld. He became known as "The Businessman" as he is always seen on TV, at public events but rarely seen without wearing a freshly pressed business suit. Consumed by vengeance for the Black Dragon's attack, Hsu Hao vowed their complete annihilation at any cost. But his ultimate goal is far more sinister – to awaken the sleeper agents and seize control of Earthrealm, reshaping society to his own twisted vision with a unified government led by the Red Dragon. With that complete, he could order the world to become test subjects for even better experiments.
Jax killed Jarek after being guided to his location at an outpost on top of a cliff, while Mavado killed Tasia leaving the Black Dragon severely weakned. Satisfied that the Black Dragon are sufficiently weakened but unhappy with the ESF's increased presence in Outworld, Daegon ordered Hsu Hao to destroy the ESF's ability to travel to Outworld. Hsu Hao gained access to a top secret Ion Pulse bomb as well as the schematics for the ESF's portal technology and infiltrated the heavily reinforced underground bunker that housed the techno-portals designed by the ESF engineers. Barely evading Jax and fending off Cyrax, Hsu Hao activated the portal to Outworld, switched on the bomb, and escaped into the portal before the Ion Pulse went off. The bunker was destroyed and with it the ESF's means for inter-realm travel from Earthrealm. Cyrax was heavily damaged in the bombing, Kano flees to Outworld after suffering heavy losses.
Deadly Alliance: Hsu Hao reported to his superior, Daegon, and informed him of his success in destroying the Earthrealm Special Forces underground bunker. Daegon then informed Hsu Hao of his next objective... It seemed that Quan Chi was proving to be a powerful ally and was willing to aid the Red Dragon in its quest for domination of Earth. This was why Hsu Hao was ordered not to attack Quan Chi's forces during the Netherrealm attack. In a show of good faith, Mavado agreed to destroy Quan Chi's enemies. The sorcerer suspected betrayal from Shang Tsung. There was evidence that Shang Tsung had allied with the two Oni known as Moloch and Drahmin. Hsu Hao's new orders were to eliminate the sorcerer Shang Tsung before the Oni eliminated Quan Chi.
Outworld Civil War: During the Outworld Civil War, Daegon moved his primary resources from Earthrealm to Outworld and supported
Backstory:
Hsu Hao wasn't your typical Mongolian teenager. While his father yearned for him to embrace tradition, Hsu Hao craved the hum of electronics and the glow of computer screens. Locked away in his room, he devoured knowledge of technology, a passion his father deemed a waste of time especially as it seemed to destroying his son's social skills. Destiny, however, had a different path in store. Hsu Hao was conscripted into the Mongolian Armed Forces. This unexpected turn proved fortuitous. Not only did he hone his physical skills, becoming a master Mongolian wrestler, but the military also exposed him to the emerging world of cyber warfare. Here, amidst the clash of ideologies, Hsu Hao fostered faux-friendships with like-minded individuals who shared his hunger for change. After his traumatic service to the armed forces which included a tour in a brutal war and a time captured as a prisoner of war, Hsu Hao channeled his technical prowess into a small cybersecurity firm. His innovative approach turned the company into a global success story. Governments and corporations alike flocked to his software, making Hsu Hao a multi billionaire, and the worlds richest man. Hsu Hao used his ability of manipulation to have his competition removed from the company and made himself the sole name on the company listings. Yet, wealth brought its own demons. The initial thrill of yachts, exotic vacations, women and fleeting pleasures soon palled. A restless emptiness gnawed at Hsu Hao. He craved a new challenge, a way to once again bend the world to his will. His latest software update proved to be the key. A strategically placed "glitch" allowed him to peer into the digital vaults of his most prominent customers. What he unearthed was a treasure trove of secrets, including a shocking discovery – the US government's desperate attempts to cover up an invasion of Earth from another realm called Outworld. Consumed by this revelation, Hsu Hao spent years researching this hidden realm and everything related to it. He learned of the Mortal Kombat tournament, the White Lotus Society and Matoka Tribes involvement in it for years. He eventually learned of and infiltrated the Earthrealm Special Forces, exploiting a vulnerability in their security to lock out it's own members. He used their portal technology to enter Outworld and see it for himself. Stepping through the portal, Hsu Hao found himself in a brutal wasteland, a stark contrast to the technological marvels he envisioned. Outworld's harsh reality was a harsh awakening. Brutally attacked by vicious Tarkatans and then robbed and beaten by Black Dragon thugs who initally offered him help, he was left for dead, bleeding out in the unforgiving environment. One of the members had stabbed him in the chest, slicing his heart but somehow not killing him outright.Recent Events:
The Earthrealm Tournament: Unaware of the tournament, Hsu Hao serves in the Mongolian Armed Forces. The Outworld Tournament: Finished with his time in the armed forces, Hsu Hao develops the software which turns him into the worlds richest man. The Invasion of Earthrealm: Unaware of the invasion, Hsu Hao lives up his life as a multi billionaire. The Netherrealm Excursion: In the time after the invasion, Hsu Hao travelled to Outworld and met Daegon. Together they strengthened the Red Dragon. During the Netherrealm's attack on Earth, Hsu Hao was ordered not to attack the Netherrealm's forces and instead, take advantage of the opportunity to strike at the Black Dragon. He ordered the Red Dragon sleeper agents within the ESF to covertly guide the ESF to locations and known members of the Black Dragon. The operation was a resounding success, resulting in the capture and almost complete destruction of many Black Dragon infidels. Hsu Hao himself slaughters No Face, tearing him in two with his superhuman strength after tracking him to an underground fight club.
