Azurite

Azurite is a crystaline mineral that forms underground on Morn. It usually forms far below ground and well into The Deeps. It can be found underground on the continents of Morn at a deep level below the ground, but it most commonly forms in Downworld Nodes in the Deeps. It appears as bright blue crystals.
Azurite has innate magical properties that make it a valuable source of fuel. It is primarily used in its refined form, Zurium, to power airships. However, it can also be used to power other magical effects. The extent of its properties are not well understood and many societies are intensely studying it.
Prolonged exposure to Azurite can be harmful. It has a slightly corrosive effect on the Weave, occasionally causing strange phenomena. It is usually not harmful in small quantities or for short periods of time. Due to its effect on the Weave, it is visible to certain spells, such as Detect Magic.
