The Winter King

White eyes, thick black limbal rings, elk antlers, long black hair, almost six feet tall, slender and lean, long silver tunic with snowflake pattern, knee-high black leather boots, thick black leather gloves, powerful cryomancer.
The Winter King watches over Silent Falls during the harsh winter months, protecting and maintaining the snow-covered realm. His duties include overseeing maintenance, construction, repairs, guard duty, and scouting patrols. Standing at nearly six feet tall, the King is rather imposing amongst his people. His eyes are pure white with thick, black limbal rings set below a prominent brow, from which thick, strong elk antlers extend, growing around his temples before ascending into the air. His cheekbones are high and pronounced, his face thin and somewhat gaunt, ending in a pointed chin. His then lips are set in a permanent smile, almost a sneer below his long, thin nose. His body is thin and slender, belying the powerful, lean muscle beneath his pale skin. His hair is long, reaching down to the small of his back, and resembles the night sky, pitch-black hair with flecks of white, with a matching mustachioed goatee.
He wears a long, silver tunic, fastened at the waist, embroidered with an elegant snowflake pattern, which meets his black leather boots and gloves at the knee and elbow. At his side hangs a beautiful arming sword of shining blue metal, with a finely tapered blade to deliver powerful cuts and devastating thrusts. Its guard is consists of four strands of silver, beautifully woven around each other, with striking, spherical sapphires at the end of each. The grip is of soft, supple leather wrapped around beautiful silver wire, ending in an even larger sapphire orb at the pommel.
The Winter King is deceptively strong, but his real strength lies within. He is a true exemplar of cryomancy, wielding devastating frost spells the likes of which cannot be reproduced even by the most studied wizards of Tel'Valen.
