Frozen Touch
Channel the latent energies of the Fey and freeze yourself. As an action may touch yourself and gain an icy armor, gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus, when losing these temporary hit points the armor shatters, each other creature within 5ft of you must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw (Spell casting DC) or take 2d6 cold damage. Additionally may use this Frozen Touch on a Fey creature and when using a spell to summon a Fey creature may choose to imbue the summons with the Frozen Touch.
