Born to Humphert and Anna Davy, he is considered one of the first generation to be born in the new world. He was educated by private tutors with the expectation that he would also pursue politics like his father. When his mother passed away in 129 F.E. He grew more despondent and isolated. Eventually he gave up his studies and seemed to recluse himself.
In 130 FE he joined a local gang as an at of rebellion against his father, whom he had taken umbrage with. Nearly a week and a half later he quit the gang, thanks to the Party’s involvement. He has since resolved to take his lessons more seriously.
