Death spotted in the Skylands

While their specific purpose is unknown, records from Horganus show that the Fate known as Death was spotted both round the city and in various locations of the skylands as well. It is speculated that a being might have fled to the skylands after angering Death specifically, and the Fate was searching for the being. Mortals are known to have spoken to them, and Death did answer questions regarding The Grey, but never provided the reason for their appearance on the Material plane.
