Selussa Gilbella
Selussa Gilbella would be the first to tell you that debts control the future, and keeps the possibilities firmly in check. As a poor elf living in The Halberd, they know what it means to have their future kept from them. Life in Mythrite isn't great, but at least here, they think, there's a shot at clawing their way out of a wretched life to become something better.
Originally from Waterdeep, Selussa is a good dancer and actor. They traveled to Mythrite and decided to stay, and gives performances in the small stages scattered in the taverns and on the street. Everything feels like a hustle, but a good performer learns to read their audience - and they can do a dwarvish thunder dance one night and turn out a courtly courante the next.
Selussa isn't sure how long they'll stay in Mythrite. Until the money runs out, maybe, or when they feel the call of the open road...maybe when the next half-decent troupe passes through, but they hate to share the accolades, and splitting the profits is even worse. Elves aren't known to be greedy, but Selussa is - perhaps it's because they know what it means to be hungry and alone, and because others of their kind look down on this kind of lifestyle. Better to be a bard or an adventurer, most elves would say, than to lower yourself to be a performer.
To make up for it, Selussa is extravagant to a fault and wants the best there is to offer - food, clothes, jewels. If only it were within reach...

History
Rigjig and Selussa connected rather recently for two people who aren't quite new to the scene of Mythrite, just a few months ago. Happening to find Selussa performing in a bar, Rigjig approached them after and invited them to her home. She performed a small show for them there, and Selussa was delighted. They now share tips and tricks of the trade, and are anticipating eventually sharing a show. Rigjig wants Selussa to have the opportunity to gain the fortune and treasures they desire, and thinks having them by her side will give them that opportunity, while also giving the money she earns from her desired fame a good home.
