Kali Kelphine
Kali Kelphine struck out for Mythrite on account of her wanderlust. As the only child of successful silk and textile merchants she had always been well off, but she sought the tang of adventure and after hearing of a boomtown sprung up in the wilds took her leave. She arrived several months ago and has already set considerable roots.
She brought numerous silks and fabrics with her and receives occasional guarded shipments via the river. Using these fabrics she works as a mercer to the upper-class residents of Charlamaine Hill, and a rather skilled one at that. She uses this as an ‘in’ and has the ears of several of the wealthier members of Mythrite. She greatly enjoys both her work and the influence that she has learned to exert from it.
As a mercer, she dresses above her wealth which aids her in finding customers and networking with the powerful. She tends to flaunt what wealth she has, as she considers it a way to prove her worth to the world. As such she owns many frivolous material possessions.
She is uncommonly clever. She is loyal, and behaves wisely and thinks it important that others do the same. She believes that fun distracts you from the important things in life.
