Broker

A broker, sometimes called fixer, and rarely a dealer, is a well-connected individual who gives and takes favors, smuggles, connects, fences, and deals in all sorts of things. Commonly thought to be synonymous with a crime lord, these individuals know everything and often control large portions of a city, working with or against gangs and crime bosses.
