This is what a Secretary of the Dragon King will say, and it is true. A person needs all of this to this job. But they forget to tell everybody that they need to know the King inside and out. They need to work inside the palace from an early age. And need to be trained by the former Secretary of the Dragon King. Otherwise, the Dragon King would never consider them as a successor.

Career Progression

Being the Secretary of the Dragon King is maybe the final step in the career of a Secretary.
The first step is at the bottom, they start out as scribes. Just typing out messages from the higher ups, but never the King's words.
The second step is becoming a senior scribe. The work those not change much, only they are getting more messages and letters to type out. And the get messages from the lower members of the court.
The third step is becoming the assistant of the Secretary of a lower member of the court. They help the Secretary were they can.
The fourth step is becoming the Secretary of the lower member of the court. They need to keep track of the members appointments, status and being their shadow at all times.
The fifth step is becoming an assistant of the Secretary of a higher member of the court. They need to assist the Secretary in any way they can.
The sixth step is becoming a Secretary of the higher member of the court. They need to keep track of the members appointments, status and being their shadow at all times.
The seven step is more exclusive, becoming an assistant of the Secretary of the Dragon King . This is exclusive because this is just one step under the Secretary self. If the Secretary steps down for some reason, the new Secretary is picked out of this selection of assistants.

Being a Scribe or Senior Scribe will not do much for a person's status. But after becoming an assistant that will change a lot. But that status of the assistant and Secretary rises and falls together with the status of their employee.

There are a lot of creatures working for the Kings of Mirror world and the demographics may differ in each country. Inside Spegkhio, there are a lot of Centaurs and Fairies that are working there. Inside Fantaseria it are Minotaurs and Gaints.

History

After the Age of War, the Age of the Dragon Lords began. It soon became clear that the Dragon Kings could use some help with governing their lands and their own courts. So the Secretary of the Dragon King was established.
The Secretary of the Dragon King stands one tire lower than The King and his direct family. Only in Goticha is this not the case. The High Witch takes that place. Why this is? That is not known for the Secretary of the Dragon King.

The Secretary of the Dragon King works inside the palace or castle of the Dragon King. This makes it easier for the members of the court to reach the scribs and their assistants and Secretaries.
