High Witch
Qualifications
When the old High Witch dies, a new High Witch is chosen from inside the coven. All members need to do a test and the strongest witch will become the next High Witch.
Requirements
The woman needs to be at least a Maiden to be excepted in the test. They are included in the test even when it is their first day inside the coven.
Duties
The High Witch, is the cruel link between the Lunar Coven and the Dragon King of Goticha. She needs to inform him if there is something the matter inside the magical community. But the magical community those not know who she or the coven are.
Responsibilities
She needs to keep her coven a secret for everybody except the Dragon King. She also has the talent to see snippets of the future, her predictions are only for the king to know.
Benefits
She has a view of benefits inside the court of the Dragon King, only the most members of the court see her as the King's mistresses. Which is not always the case. But the High Witch is always close to the King and gets him always alone. Something the other members of the court do not get.
Accoutrements & Equipment
All the witches are wearing black robes so that they can slide inside the shadows when needed. The High Witch has a silver amulet that contains a Moonstone.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
There is no recorded of this being ever the case. All the High Witches of the past have finished their term of service.
History
The secret coven was created in the times of the wars, before the great Dragon Lords took over the lands and brought peace to the Mirror World. During the time of its creation the female Wizards also called Witches were hunted down for their magic abilities. The female wizards got together and diged themselves a hole where they can hide in.
At this time the first witch Marina Shadow got the title because she was holding up an illusion to keep outsiders away from their hole. After the Dragon Lords took over the lands, she appeared before the first Dragon King of Goticha. He respected the woman a great deal, and told her that the High Witch always got a place at his court. Marina Shadow excepted his offer, but only if they could stay hidden for the public eye. The Dragon King agreed, and these terms haven't chanced until this day.

There are other ranks inside the coven, they are. Maiden, Mother, and Hag.
Maidens are at the bottom of the organization, they just entered and need to study their lunar magic. They are thought by the Mothers, their task is to guide the Maidens and assist the Hags with making potions and their spells. The Hags are keeping order inside the coven. The High Witch is the leader and has the final say in anything.
