Tiki
A Silver Dragonborn girl who was kept in a tower with nothing but books for company for many years. Once she got out, she set out to become the world's greatest Pokemon master. She's currently doing pretty good at that. Additionally, she has Magic Horns. Thanks to her great-great-great-aunt, Tiki now also has wings and a way to communicate with her.
Despite being well-read, she had not encountered The Love Story of T'lula'taku and the Aleated Ceraclops. Written translations are almost solely found within academia, so it's unlikely even the Order of Aleftav would have had a copy in Tiki's Tower, thus explaining why Tiki would not have heard of her great-aunt before meeting her.
