Extra-Dimensional Being

A creature that transcends time and space as mortals know it. The Kraken, the Mirror Demon, and the 'creatures' encountered when the City of Stat was in its time stasis all seem to be various kinds of Extra-Dimensional Beings. This isn't to say they are from another 'dimension' in the sense that there are parallel universes, but rather that they not only exist in but are also able to perceive more than 4 dimensions. Some of them, such as the creatures from Stat and the Mirror Demon, are either some kind of spirit energy themselves, or just don't have a stable projection onto the 4D plane, while the Kraken has a form that is mostly stable from the perspective of a 4D person. (Its mind, on the other hand, is as alien as any other extra-dimensional being.)
