City of Stat

A town frozen in time. It is Cieth's quest to free its inhabitants from this curse, in order to finish his comrade and friend's final quest. The current plan is to use Redfoot the Relentless's Time Machine that has been re-engineered by Chimsky for the purpose.
Sam Fatts' Crew has now successfully helped Cieth free the city.
In addition to the usual tavern/inn, general store, outfitter's, butcher's, and baker's shops, there is a church of Pelor in the city.
