Transpicuous Crystal Discovery

A growing mountain made of crystal is found just under the surface of the waters.

The waters of Mergha were too murky, hot, and viscous for people to see into clearly, and something within the water was disrupting any scanning equipment the scientists of Mergha tried to use. Although they knew about the water creatures there, as they would show themselves sometimes on the surface, they didn’t know how the world looked underwater otherwise.   Now, thanks to a glimpse between the waves, a mountain is discovered, suspected at first of being made of heavy, pure salt compressed into a solid mass. However, they found out that, instead, it is a crystal emanating a type of radiant heat and energy that had grown perhaps form the bottom of the oceans. Further inspection of minute pieces scientists gathered have revealed that the crystal is the same as what Diadem is made of. Since then, pieces of the crystal have been collected for display, and the jewel has since been named the “Transpicuous Crystal” for it’s amazing clarity and translucence.
