Kolabella
The condition known as Kolabella is a condition found only in the Crienia people, no one is quite sure when this condition appeared or why but the most accepted theory is that it is an unexpected result of the merger of the ancient human tribe with the ancient elvish tribe that later created the Crienia.
Kolabella is unique because it can lay dormant in the person for years before activating. The easiest way to spot a person with Kolabella is that they, over time, will change hair colour from their original colour to that of a fiery red. Depending on the strength of their condition, they might develop a unique connection to the elemental forces of fire. Some claim it to be more of a curse due to how much the condition affect ones life but many more see it as a hidden advantage that have shown it self as it can improve those affected in a better way.
Once a person with Kolabella has been discovered, they will be asked to travel to the nearest mage academy, where they will be trained to control their newfound power so that they don't endanger themselves and their surroundings, as Kolabella comes with its many challenges. The people must learn to control their emotions, as powerful emotions can trigger their pyromantic abilities, causing accidental outbursts of fire. they will also receive the offer to join the mage cohorts in the legions, as the Imperial Dercian army is always looking for more mages.

Heat Manipulation: they can control and regulate their body temperature, are comfortable in hot climates, and endure extreme temperatures without discomfort. They can also raise their body temperature to help comfort others during cold nights or harsh winters. Fire Empowerment: they can draw strength and vitality if an open fire is nearby. When near open flames or in fiery environments, they experience increased magical energy and heightened senses, enhancing their already formidable abilities.

It'd be nice to never feel cold again... but the risk of setting random things on fire when I'm upset does make me wary. XD
yeah, its one of the downsides
