Golden Horizon Beach
Along the southern shore of the Empire of Dercia lies the Golden Horizon Beach, its known for its breathtaking beauty.
No one is quite sure when the beach got its name but scholars have pointed out that the locals have called the beach by this name for at least two thousand years, when the Crienia name to the area and wrote down the name, that was still fourteen hundred years before the current date.
But the beach gets its name from when the sun sinks beneath the horizon, its rays make the sand on the beach shimmer in an almost radiant glow and create a picturesque image that captures all who visit.
The beach is also a perfect place for swimmers or those working on their tan, as it has a gentle slope that allows the formation of small waves making it a perfect place for both activities. Similarly, those who enjoy a small dive can enjoy the crystal clear waters which allows the divers to observe the aquatic life under the sea.
Along the beach are palm trees and other vegetation which offers the visitors places where they can enjoy the refreshing shade and the shaded spots also provide the perfect places for picnics and relaxation. The beach can also provide secluded alcoves which can provide a sense of privacy and serenity for those that seek it.
What helps making the Golden Horizon Beach a special place to visit is that its one of the few beaches in the Empire which can only really be reached by boat as the landscape further inland from the beach becomes a thick jungle and cliffs make it near impossible for people to pass through the area which makes reaching the beach by boat the only viable option.
