Veleta Stone Circle

The Veleta Stone Circle is a henge structure located east of Beachdenn in the Veleta hills.

Purpose / Function

It is believed by historians and archaeologists that the Veleta Stone Circle was built as a sacrificial site, given the presence of a stone altar in the center. Daggers and knives have been found in the surrounding area, further lending to the assessment.
