Brimlok the Girthy is the orcish bartender at The Itchy Orc pub in Southgate, a neighborhood in Castleport. He is known for rather large size, intimidating presence, but friendly demeanor.

Personal history
Brimlok is a retired adventurer who moved to Castleport with his wife, Ovra Eye Cruncher, several years ago. He took over the small tavern in the Southgate neighborhood with the money he'd made from his adventures. His large size, and distinct lack of a nose give him an intimidating appearance. Those who take the time to get to know him soon come to realize that he's actually a big softie.
Failures & Embarrassments
On an adventure long ago, Brimlok's face was slashed horribly by a vampire in Oakenshire and he lost his nose as a result. The pain was distraction enough that he failed to protect his good friend, Omadan. He took his revenge on the creature, but the inability to defend himself or his friend led to Brimlok ultimately retiring from the adventuring lifestyle and settle down with his wife.
