Harrow Eldis Jusif
Harrow is an illager who lost his home tribe to the War of Brothers. He aided the hero, Senza, in overthrowing King Lucian. He is one of the founders of the nation of Noano and also contributed towards the rebuilding of the Order of the Stone in order act as a check for the dual governments of Noano and Arestina(and later, Danos), nations that emerge following the end of Lucian's rule and the fall of the world government.
