Numinous Equilibrium
The Numinous Equilibrium is a non-governmental military order that professes to fight tyranny and spread freedom. The order was founded by the Olinbar Yschaton, who preached a doctrine of freedom and equality that ran counter to the ethos of Minamar Specialized Industries, where he lived. Exiled from his home, he founded the Numinous Equilibrium, and began recruiting warriors from across the galaxy to fight in the name of freedom and equality. The order dispatches cybernetically-enhanced envoys and soldiers to nations they consider aligned with their ideals in order to further their goals. The headquarters of the Numinous Equilibrium is a secret known only to a few, but it is believed to be a hijacked MSI Customer Fulfilment Center.
