Supreme Commander

The position of Supreme Commander is the highest in the CIP, being a full fusion of all governmental branches, heading the United Security and Development Council and being chief minister of the Ministry of Justicel; though not called as such, the position of Supreme Commander is in all ways comparable to that of an Emperor or King.
