Rissalis

Rissalis is a very young dragon child who recently moved to Midnight Town with her guardian, Tobias. She's widely considered to be utterly adorable, including by the talking rat Number Two, who she could easily eat. This is a little concerning since she's a baby and might not understand how to properly manage her predator instincts, but Number Two babysits her regardless of safety concerns because he adores her.
She enjoys sushi, and cream pastries. Her flames are more spurts than proper fire, and she has yet to master proper blasts, but she's scarcely two years old so there's time to learn.
