Henry Wallace

Henry Wallace is the owner of the Wallflour bakery and cafe, which is a pun and a deliberate play on his name. He only recently moved to Midnight Town, after having reformed the Order of Dragonslayers, which now works as a cooperative organization with dragons, designed to help them come back from extinction. It was Henry's actions, even if they were accidental, that resulted in the resurrection of that species, and put him in contact with the last dragon.
Henry is reasonably handsome, but a bit too nervous to have a girlfriend. He's also not terribly good at fighting, which made his becoming a Knight not the smartest thing he could have done, even if it was a family thing.
He's an excellent baker but not so good at business, which makes this Wallflour the second of its name.
He's one of the last members of his order, since the rest were mainly rendered obsolete, and those who remained were fanatical enough that they kept running into trouble with the law or with local gangsters.
He knows enough magic to get by, but he's no mage. He is really good at reading sigils and runes, though.
He's quite friendly with Emma Solana, as his near-outsider status made him sympathetic to her situation.
