Cazimir Kreshtem
The newcomer looked like if Dracula was a middle-aged dad with a station wagon. He had a weirdly toothy smile, wore a long flowing trench coat, and had a lot of hair gel in his hair. His pallid skin made him blend in with the white stone wall next to him. The dog next to him was practically a wolf, in terms of size, and the leash did not look sufficient to hold him back.Caz, as he's known to his friends, is a traditionalist vampire with a polite streak. As such, he gets along really well with the local fae, which everyone appreciates. He's the longest standing member of The Council , as the vampires have seen no reason to change their representative. He owns a magazine for fantasy short stories, that he founded in the 1800s with the intent of making tales of vampires and such feel more and more improbable. As time passed, he actually grew to enjoy it as a pastime and while he's not exactly a gifted writer himself, he vastly appreciates the talents of those who submit. It's not really a prestigious magazine, but it has a loyal fanbase. He's in the same clan as Katerina Valdu and is one of her mentor figures. Acting as an uncle to her, he cares for her wellbeing, especially now that she's involved with the assorted nonsense that goes on around town.
