Nord

Nords are strong and hardy folk that reside in the harsh landscapes of the Northern Isles. They value strength, a good warrior spirit, a warm hearth and a belly full of mead. They have a long history of war against each other due to scarce resources and need for land and that formed a strong connection to the war goddess Hera. Their belief did change somewhat throughout the ages, for war has become their way of life. Now conflict is a constant, but it is no longer a harsh struggle for survival; it is the great contest of life. The thrill of battle is what Nords live for and all of their peoples' are trained in combat in some way. Many outsiders do not understand this "brutish" lifestyle and decide to stay clear of their realm.
