Celebrimbor

"With flames from the sun,
and matter of earth,
he lit the first forge,
and he crafted.
He forged, wove and spun,
cut, carved and bent,
shaped and moulded.

To exist is to create,
and creation is legacy.
Legacy to change the world for the better.
Celebrate your mistakes,
for they indicate room to learn,
and know that a perfect world with nothing left to learn,
is in truth,
rather imperfect."

Celebrimbor (also known as "the Forgefather") is one of the prime deities in the Eldar pantheon. He is recognized as the god of creation and craftsmanship. He is the son of Éowin and Hallas.

Divine Domains

Forge, Knowledge, Arcana.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Celebrimbor's primary symbol is that of a golden-brown doorway-shaped shield, with a red wheel at its centre. Brown represents material, metals and such. Red represents the fire of a forge. The wheel represents creation and innovation.

Tenets of Faith

Celebrimbor advocates craftsmanship, construction and creation. He wants to see people create in an attempt to better their lives and the lives of future generations. His followers look to him for insight and inspiration when it comes to their craft and they believe in the way of a simple and hardworking life. He promises his followers an afterlife with access to the Aether forges, where they can hone their crafts for eternity.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Celebrimbor wishes to guide craftsmen towards a fulfilling life and he is curious to see what the mortal folk will create in his name. His current goal however, is to create the ultimate weapon to defeat the Nether Gods and he has his followers aid him with the forging in the afterlife. That is only due to the threat the Nether Gods pose on the cosmos. As someone who believes perfection to be undesirable, an afterlife only secures that it will be achieved and therefor he opposes it and believes it should be abolished once the threat is dealt with.
