Days 35 - 39

Session 17
The Fellowship meet a friendly Cyclops named Flod. Percy's panpipes are stolen by a mischievous Chawinga and he is left heartbroken, until Solana stumbles upon a treasure chest sunken into the dirt of the jungle which contained a shiny new flute that blows bubbles when played. Baelin challenges Azaka to a hunting challenge and loses spectacularly. Then the Fellowship attempt to scare off an angry ankylosaurus with illusion magic, only to have it rampage towards them instead.

Day 35

• The party search the rest of the ruins but dont find anything.
• they camp in the ruins, nothing happens over the evening

• Middle of the day the party come to a clearing next to a lake, there is a cyclops on the other side, the cyclops seems friendly, cyclops is called flod, flod was hunting for food but got too hot, percy and baelin team up to cool him down using their magics, sounds like he came from the south east,
• Moving on, the party are surprised by a flock of axebeaks stampeding out of the underbrush nearby,
• They make camp that night for a rest, percy's panpipes are stolen, likely by chawinga,

• The party try and cheer percy up as they are travelling
• Solana trips over a strangely shaped rock, only to discover its actually a chest, there is a note inside, the note says when you find this, our deal is done, we will have nothing further to do with it, leave us alone, inside are a set of gambling dice, a ruby necklace, a tinderbox and a flute that blows bubbles,
• Baelin challenges azaka to a hunting contest in the morning

• Baelin loses to azaka but the party feasts on the hunted creatures that evening
• scully makes a makeshift telescope for percy to play with and percy is cheered up a bit after losing his panpipes,

• While walking, the party are ambushed by mantrap plants, they manage to defeat them,
• Afternoon passes without incident
• The party come across a huge ankylosaurus while looking for a place to make camp, percy attempts to scare it in the opposite direction by using his magic to make the sound of a trex roar, baelin helps by creating a trex illusion, the ankylosaurus attacked the trex image putting percy in danger, the party scramble to safety and look for another clearing to camp in for the evening,
