Windpeak is founded by Earl Bastion Pontarios.

Windpeak is founded by Early Bastion Pontarios initially to act as a barrier separating the mainland of the region of Illargos from the evil emanating from Hagclaw Bog. With the establishment of the The Windpeak Rangers and the Ranger Academy, the site grew from a staging area to a frontier town and eventually the city it is today.
