Days 60-61

Day 60
- shrines are 6,8,10,12,16,18,19
- The party complete a long rest
- during the evening the party have a dream, face is low to ground, whirring sound of metal grinding, hunt continues, crashes through a tree no problem, quarry is sleeping peacefully while one keeps watch, vision snaps to a small dome, single triton sat next to it,
- percy hears an ear splitting roar and notices a huge metal mosntrosity, it turns and stalks away
Day 61
- The party awake up in the morning, they head towards the next shrine at location 8,
- This shrine is the shrine of Unk the flail snail, swirly carving decoarying two obelisks, stone doors seal the entrance to windowless shrine,
- etching on the door reads: Unk urges us to contrast all options before acting
- smaller building has no door or roof, 100s of iron keys hanging from hooks on stone wall, most old and rusted, some serviceable, harwin tries to create a commotion but doesnt do anything
- guppy transforms into a giant constrictor snake and helps harwin push the doors open
- inside a statue of a flail snail stands in the center of the room, 6 iron kes hang in niches, carved pedestal has a keyhole
- percy moves in to investigate the keys on the walls and is ambushed by three ghasts
- during the fight a patrol of yuan-ti show up and join in the fray, the yuan-ti back off once the ghasts are dead
- harwin and percy figure out that the six keys each line up to form a pattern in the teeth, they go out to the key shed to find a key that matches the pattern and go back to try it
- temor tries to open the pedestal with his theives tools and triggers a radiant trap
- hawrin and percy's key works first time and they claim the puzzle box
- the party travel back across the river and make their way towards shrine 10
- Shrine of the almarage, zorbo asked the almarage to help her make the stew, he snuck recklessness into the pot, zorbo and almarage are enemies,
- teaches us to take the path least expected
- the party manage to figure out the floor puzzle and get across it safely, the inside of the temple is a literal maze filled with traps, the party make it to the end of the maze and claim the puzzle cube,
- guppy waited outside and heard a rhythmic chanting coming from point 9, they head over to investigate, harwin spots a grassy clearing with 8 red wizards of thay conducting a ritual
- in a blinding flash the heart of uptao appears above the clearing
- the party decide to leave the wizards alone for the time being and head towards the next shrine at location 12,
- shrine has lots of dead zombies around it, stone plaque bearing inscription - better to be wongo's friend than his enemy, 4 tunnels have portcullises that are closed, as the party pass into the temple there is a cacophony of shrieking monkeys
- harwin goes through the open doors and into the heart of the temple, there is a large statue lof an evil looking monkey and behind it is a relief of a monkey attacking a serpent, 4 stone masks protrude from the walls, lion, boar, zebra, vulture,
- Wongo's friend knows where to pour the water
- lion - i ate one of the boar's friends (right hand of the statue)
- boar - the vulture is lucky to be alive (left foot)
- zebra - my ony friend starved to death (right foot)
- Vulture - one of the others has no friends (left hand)
- vulture was the monkey's friend
- the party are given a choice, claim your prize and curse your friends, or fight my children,
- the party are attacked by sumonsters as the cube had already been claimed
- the party spend the night in a fancy villa house but dont long rest properly
