Days 33-35

Session 16
The Fellowship bid farewell to camp vengeance and begin their journey towards Oralunga. Encounters with giant scorpions and plant controlled zombies stand before them. Session MVP: Baelin

Day 33  

• The party inspect the body of emeil, large ruby lodged in his ribcage carved with runes, bone has grown around the gem itself, runes are spellbinding runes - they hold the ability to use a spell, ruby is called lodestone, scully is able to retrieve the lodestone
• Commander Breakneck and the captain of the camp survived the battle, the commander is convinced to reward the party with gold, he also gives them a note to give to baldurs gate - commander breakneck needs credit

• The party set off towards Oralunga, Azaka says it should take 5 days
• Day of marching goes by without incident
• Night passes by as well

• Scully and Percy notice a treetop platform built into the upper branches of a nearby tree, humanoid in a green cloak,
• The party decide to cautiously approach the treetop hut, there is a satyr and two humans, the two partys agree to trade info, they tell the party that there are ruins ahead in exchange for the party telling them about the order of the gauntlet's survival
• The party ask about oralunga, snake temple, full of yuan-ti,
• Heart of Uptao - congregation of red wizards,
• Nagalor - once a beautiful garden that the queen of chult built until her husband was betrayed and killed, wife was driven mad with grief and is still present,
• The party spot the mile heigh plateau of M'bala, azaka doesn't know much about it, great library still stands,
• The party disturb a nest of giant scorpions which attack them, they fight them off
• The party arrive at the ruins that the emerald enclave warned them about, musk creepers - will try to knock creatures unconscious and then drag victims over to the plants where it infects them and turns them into another musk creeper, zombies also inhabit the ruins, zombies are covered in vines - look more like plants,
