Spatial Lag Syndrome is one of the more unusual conditions that can be found in Alézun'Teran. As the word suggests it affects individuals with timecorreleated symptoms, similar to how virtual computer systems may have a delay between source and destination. The individuals who experience this condition is primarily Anishans and Well-Arrived Individuals. At the time, there exist no real cure for this condition.  
 

Unknown Origin

The true origin of it is not known. Some speculate that it originates from a unspecified Nexus Reality of Nanmir'Ath. Others wonder if it has something to do with Sereoth and the Force of Ani.

Exactly how one gets affected by the condition is not known. It appears to strike at random and can affect almost anyone. And while the affected number are few, no real tangible connections between them have been observed. It also has a varied lasting period; some only experince the condition for a few hours while others are affected by it for years. Either way, it may end as spontanous as it appeared.  
 

The symptoms

The symptoms of the Spatial Lag Syndrome concerns delayed reaction time and spacial teleportation. It takes them a while to re-align with space-time and thus they exist both in the past and present at the same time.
Some have it worse than others, and some in some instances it may be more severe or lesser; it can concern either seconds, minutes or entire hours at worst. It comes and goes.
