Poem: The liberator of my sins
A flash of ice
Cuts through my heart of stone
She takes my cold hand and smiles
A smile, which fills my shameful core
With the warmth of honesty
And when our lips meet
The memories of all my mistakes
And of the people I've hurt
Go away for a moment
Only you matter
You, who make the freedom of my sins possible
Cuts through my heart of stone
She takes my cold hand and smiles
A smile, which fills my shameful core
With the warmth of honesty
And when our lips meet
The memories of all my mistakes
And of the people I've hurt
Go away for a moment
Only you matter
You, who make the freedom of my sins possible
