The Director of MTF East. Formally of the strategic planning and policy division of the secret service, he transferred to head this initiative. His last field assignment was twenty-five years ago, and while in good health his most certainly no longer field qualified. He does not need to be however and he is one of the best administrations in the Homeland Security department.
