The Passion Cruise is a series ocean traveling brothels. They make their money by docking ashore and collecting costumers before departing to sea. Functioning as both a means of travel and leisure. Most vessels come equipped with chefs. There are hardly any laws for regulating the ownership of a vessel, laws against prostitution can potentially lead to the vessel being claimed. However as most of the leisurely activities take part on sea the likelihood of them being caught is rare. Owners are seen the same as brothel owners, albeit a bit more dignity as they put in the effort to make the cruise enjoyable as well as pleasurable.
