Cirvai's recipe book

Once owned by the dragon Cirvai, the recipe book is filled with hundreds of potential magical events, waiting to be explored.

It is written in Draconic, making it difficult for just any spellcaster or brewer to utilize, and to discover if a specific recipe is contained within, you must make a d100 check. On a 20 or below, the recipe is within the book. This can only be done once per character, per session.
