Panarium
Named for the legendary adventurer Panar, Panarium is the de-facto capitol of the Panar Region in Eburlona. Being surrounded by miles of farmland that are filled with tireless Ósigrandian constructs, the city is capable of feeding all of Eburlona with plenty to spare. The city is well-known for her celebrations during the Moonlight Harvest during the High Summer.
Government
An integral piece of the Eburlonian kingdom, Panarium is overseen by an appointed Governor, while relying on a small council of Farmers, Clerics, and senior members of the Vanguard to handle local disputes and advise the governor.
Infrastructure
Farmlands
Stretching for miles in any direction from the heart of Panarium, farms filled with both crops and animals dominate the fertile landscape. In the past, all were owned by individual families, but in recent decades, the majority of the farms have come under the direct or indirect control of the Panarium Agricultural Syndicate. Most farms are equipped with constructs that assist with farming efficiency.
Panar's Basket - The Market
Towards the Western half of Panarium lies Panar's Basket, where Farmers, Merchants, and outsiders alike can peddle their wares within the city proper. Shops ranging from foodstuffs to magical equipment can be found, filling the needs of the region.
Artificer's Hearth
The official branch of the Mercurian Artificer's Guild for Panarium, most artificers here ply their trade in agricultural applications, both with research and with maintaining equipment used by farmers. They are well loved by the local community and are an industrious guild. The Hearth can be found towards the center of Panarium.
The Vanguard's Barracks
Not far from the Eastern Gates can the Vanguard Barracks be found. Providing lodging for the proud soldiers of the Vanguard, the Vanguard Barracks rank among the oldest of the buildings in the city.
Panar's Cathedral
While the cathedral is dedicated primarily to Ceres, Mercury, and Faunus, a non-denominational building with a neutral altar is available to all parties. Members of the clergy can be seen and spoken to freely most hours of the day. The temple is overseen by Mother Panar, a descendant of Panar.
Panarium Agricultural Syndicate HQ
Standing near the Market Square, the Panarium Agricultural Syndicate has a rather impressive hall for it's headquarters. Inside the main lobby a receptionist is typically available to hear requests for appointments or syndicate business.
Governor's Mansion
Located near the Vanguard Barracks is the Governor's Mansion. Both kingdom officials and council members can be seen in and out of the mansion rather often. The Governor also makes frequent appearances as they come and go.
Town Hall
The official meeting place for the Panarium Small Council, as well as for trials.
