The Technically Legal Revolution (TLR) are a political activist group established in Rogan. At this time it is unclear who their leaders are or if they even have an established leader but their weight should not be dismissed. Currently, they are a peaceful and secretive group. Only letting their colors show in private rooms and behind closed doors. Some claim they have the backing of a Councilor of Kizen but these claims are unverified. What can be verified however, is the decline of Adamantine sales from Rogan's official mines. In the last calendar year the decline can be seen and a loss of profits, as buyers seem to be getting supply from other unknown sources. Most pin these declines on the TLR. 
If one was to ask the right people, they might find what some of the goals of the TLR. In addition to wiping out the Ecoterroists on the Isle of Lunacy and claiming the land for Rogan, they wish to end the blood feud that have sentenced many young souls to die and drastically reform the Rogani government. Moving it away from progress at any cost to guiding people to be more naturally inclined to progress the nation through public educations. The TLR believe current laws are easy for those with evil tendencies to exploit and hide behind, as many have had loved ones killed and over dosed in the streets or in their own homes for the sake of "progress".
