Anguis Wakes up

The second time Anguis has awoken since her appearance. It is unknown what caused this even but its effects were felt throughout the solar system. Many powerful psionics died within minutes of her waking and others had nightmares for years or went mad. Arcea cores began functioning erratically sometimes bursting with powers and other times running completely dry.
