Null Leafhide
An exiled member of the Leafhide clan of Wyerms, Null was eventually caught up in the Massacre of the Dawn, joining the Band on the Run. Eventually fighting off a daemonic invasion of the Temple of the Divines, Null was greatly wounded in battle, falling through a dark portal to parts unknown.
Physical Description
Special abilities
As a void-descended wyerm, Null was able to breath out a small cone of cold void energy at infrequent intervals. But his most notable trait was the ability to slightly alter probability for himself and those around him, allowing him to avoid attacks or cause attacks that might normally fall flat to land true.
Specialized Equipment
Null was brefily allowed to use a mortal version of Bladebiter, O-bakemonos personal sword, capable of draining the life energy from any struck from it.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Spawned to a low-level dragonic tribe in The First, Null realized that he had the ability to manipulate fate in his favor. Quickly developing delusions of grandeur, he attempted to utilize his abilities on his tribes draconic rule to attempt to gain a higher position but failed in this endeavor. Exiled for his treachery, he made his way south, hearing the rumors of dragonic bone desecration in the technologiclly advanced city of Nenu-Lan. Hoping to slay the heretics and return the draconic bones to his former overlord, so that he could reclaim his place in the tribe, he headed towards the battle, intending to enlist on behalf of Welthrone. On his way, he stopped at the famous Rising Dawn Tavern, getting a table with some other like-minded wanderers. However, the rest of the tavern would soon be slain afterwards in the event known as the Massacre of the Dawn, and along with the others, Null would be blamed for the murders. Becoming the Band on the Run, the group fled north.
Hoping to clear their name, the group infiltrated Capital Welthrone seeking answers. Eventually, they uncovered a plot against the royal family and a daemonic plan to attack the World Tree. Null participated in the final battle, where an avatar of the Horseman of Famine was summoned. Null, who had been connected during the events of the Massacre to the Fiendish Lord O-Bakemo, offered his soul to the Oni; in exchange he was allowed to briefly utilize a simulacrum of the Lord of Hungers great katana, Bladebiter. Exchanging blows with the dark avatar, he took the brunt of its attacks, eventually collapsing into the void portal from whence it came. After Mukil struck the final blow, the portal closed, drawing it back in, but taking Null with it before the group could pull him out. While is final status, especially after his deal with O-Bakemo, are unknown, the rest of the Band assumed that he perished in the event.
Mental Trauma
The events of his past and his delusions of grandeur eventually convinced Null that he was in fact a true dragon (albeit a very small one). He believed by sticking to The Infernal Wyrms doctrine of dominance and power, he would eventually rule over his own tribe of "lesser beings".
