Neoparia
The Empire of Neoparia is a land ruled by goblinoids, filled with spite against their neighbour Hisberia. Goblins, hobgoblins, bugbears, kobolds, and orcs pay heavy duties to support the relatively enormous military, commanded by the God-King and his cabal. The God-King, though very rarely scene except in ritualised displays, is rumoured to be the same goblin who conquered and united Neoparia centuries ago. Most of the people build their cities and farms in the vast dark forests, but the volcanic mountain ranges in the north are home to a few ogre fishing villages.
