Victor Watcher

Victor Watcher is the undisputed leader of The ASC, and as such holds much power in the Abundance political sphere. Not too much is known about Colonel Victor Watcher, other than what he wants others to know about him.... being: he is opportunistic, direct, unflinching and at times Ruthless. He has an unquenchable curiosity and will do whatever he can to learn about anything he doesn't know.
He uses The ASC as his personal information network and since the organisation was first established, his leadership has never been challenged.
